The Dean’s office is the executive apparatus of the Faculty in economic and administrative matters.

The majority of the central administration offices is to be found in the Hollar building, Smetanovo nábřeží 6, 110 01 Praha 1. The Project Support and Investment Office is located at Voršilská 1, 110 00 Praha 1.

  • The week of the Jinonice Campus ceremonial opening 

    We would like to inform you about several events that will take place in the week of April 22 in connection with the ceremonial opening of the Jinonice Campus and will affect the operation of our mini campus.

  • How to become a real scientist from a struggling PhD student?

    We would like to invite you to an inspiring lecture "How to become a real scientist from a struggling PhD student?" organized by the SIAM student association. The lecture takes place on 17 April 2024 at 16:30 in lecture hall K1, Sokolovská 83.

  • Seminar on evaluation strategies and COIL

    We cordially invite you to our seminar on evaluation strategies and COIL, which is a final part of FSV UK learning community series of meetings. We will meet on April 23, 2024 from 9:30-11:00 at Jinonice Campus, room C612. From 11:00 we are organizing an informal get-together Brown Bag Lunch, where we can have a final conversation about our learning community.

  • New issue of Acta Politologica

    New issue of Acta Politologica has just been published. You can read most of their articles in English. Acta Politologica journal is published by the Department of Political Studies of IPS FSV UK.

  • May in Motion staff challenge

    The Well-being Working Group and the Sustainability Working Group have prepared the May in Motion challenge for all FSV UK employees. Both individuals and teams of faculty employees can participate in the challenge. You can compete from 1 to 31 May 2024 in up to three categories – walking, running and cycling.

  • Irena Kalhousová received Miloslav Petrusek Prize for Presentation and Promotion of CU

    Dr. Irena Kalhousová, Director of the Herzl Centre for Israeli Studies at Charles University, received the Miloslav Petrusek Prize for Presentation and Promotion for her long-term development of the third pillar of the university through her activities in the media, participation in public discussions and lecturing activities in high schools.
